Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract (booking date).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please address it to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Exception – Early Expiration

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service (the cooking course) has been fully performed and the consumer expressly consented prior to the commencement of performance that we may begin the execution of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract.

Note: There is no right of withdrawal for on-site restaurant visits, as the service is provided and consumed immediately.
