On July 2nd, 2024, Chikei Yung at China Restaurant Yung on Oeder Weg set the official world record for carving a Peking duck: in just 2 minutes and 45.52 seconds, he expertly divided the poultry into six portions. Guinness World Records GmbH approved the record in April 2024.
