1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by China Restaurant Yung, including dining on the premises, takeaway, delivery, cooking courses, and the use of our website chinayung.de.
By placing an order, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

3. Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone, email, or via our online reservation system. A reservation is binding once confirmed by the restaurant.
Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the agreed time. If you do not arrive within this period and have not given prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled.
For group reservations of 8 or more persons, a written confirmation is required. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- EC card / debit card
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
For online orders placed via GloriaFood, payment is made upon pickup or delivery. All prices shown include the applicable statutory VAT.
5. Cooking Course Terms
5.1 Booking
Cooking course bookings are transferable to another person but are not personal claims. Should the restaurant cancel a course, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5.2 Rebooking
Rebooking is free of charge up to 14 days before the course date. After this deadline, a rebooking fee of 50% of the course price applies. The remaining amount will be issued as a voucher.
5.3 Cancellation by participant
- Up to 7 days before the course: full refund
- 6 to 3 days before the course: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the course or no-show: no refund
5.4 Menu changes
The restaurant reserves the right to adjust the course menu due to seasonal availability of ingredients. The overall character of the course will be maintained.
6. Liability
The restaurant is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
For breaches of cardinal obligations (essential contractual duties), liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.
Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Frankfurt am Main, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
