Dim Sum Cooking Course
Hello dear friends,
thank you for the interest in our dim sum Cooking course!
In this dim sum cooking class we will show you how to make dumplings at home from preparing the filling to folding.
Afterwards to the homemade dumplings still Peking duck and vegetables served. Drinks are of course included.
- Jiao-Zi, stuffed with pork and Chinese cabbage
- Peking Duck*
Chinese seasonal vegetables*
- Mochi filled with peanuts, coconut and sesame seeds
*The Peking duck and vegetables are cooked by the chef and are not part of the cooking class. They are served in addition to the homemade dumplings and dessert.

Jiaozi, Siu Mai, Har Gao and co. always look great in Chinese restaurants and taste heavenly!
For those who want to make dim sum at home from now on, we will be offering dim sum cooking classes again with us starting in November!
From our Chinese cooks you will then learn not only how to make the filling and the dough, but first and foremost how to fold the dumplings, which is so special and gives them character.
After all, this is a real craft that requires a little patience and diligence. After our course, however, it will certainly be quite easy for you!
After each cooking class will be shared feast.
Together we want to enjoy not only the homemade dumplings, but also the traditional Chinese Peking duck and taste a few desserts from our own production. A variety of drinks is of course included.
